Teca 플리스 헤드밴드

I was worried about overheating on my morning runs, but this headband is just the right balance—cozy without making me sweat. The fleece is soft and the fit is snug enough to stay put, even when I pick up the pace. Exactly what I needed for cold-weather workouts.

I've been shoving this headband on for chilly morning dog walks and it's the first thing that actually keeps my ears warm without making my head sweat by the time I get home. The fleece feels soft against my skin too, not scratchy like the knit one I had before.

Wore this on a windy 40-degree run and my ears stayed warm the whole time without my head getting sweaty. The fleece is soft against my skin and it doesn't slide around under a hat.
