I was walking my dog in a downpour and the cinchable hood actually stayed put without flopping in my face. Fully waterproof held up perfectly for the whole walk, no damp spots anywhere. This is exactly what I needed for wet city commutes.

The zippered hand pockets are deep enough to hold my phone securely while I'm running for the bus. After a solid hour in a downpour, I stayed completely dry underneath. Perfect for navigating wet city commutes.
